Opportunities Available for Innovative Real Estate Trust
(LOGAN, UT) ABC Real Estate LLC is an up and coming company with a revolutionary way of investing in real estate. Investors who are interested in making a 10% to 40% return on their initial investment should look into this new beneficiary directed equity holding land trust.
"Land trusts are changing the landscape of the real estate industry," says Bob Cob, President of ABC Real Estate LLC. "It is something that everyone will have the opportunity to benefit from."
There are four basic types of beneficiaries. The settler beneficiary will contribute the house to the trust and in turn will get out full price for the house. The resident beneficiary will contribute affordable monthly payments without having to worry about poor credit history and will be able to live in a cozy new home. Credit beneficiaries will put money into the trust credit and will have the mortgage paid and receive additional investment money on top of that. Investor beneficiaries who put money into this will have a low risk, high reward opportunity.
"We are the ones who will be doing all of the work. We do the paperwork, find the people and make sure they don't default," says Cob. "Investors will only need to get on board and watch their money grow.
ABC Real Estate LLC will be holding an open house on January 28, 2008 for investors wanting to learn more. For more information contact Bob Cob. (435) 555-1980.

I think it this is a good informative press release. One thing is that you have his name correct (Bret Cob) at the top, and then the name changes to Bob Cob in the rest of the article. Other than that I think it is great.

I was just going to say the same thing as Mark. Aside from the name getting switched halfway through the article, it's very well done. Bravo.

Good job! One thing I noticed is there is no end quote on the fourth paragraph. I am also not sure if this is mandatory but you could add a media contact. Very informative and well written!
