USU College of Business Raises Money for Opportunities in Peru

(LOGAN, Utah) Utah State University College of Business students are rasing money to help develop business opportunities in Peru.

USU student Dan Allen said his MHR 3110 class hopes to raise up to $20,000 for the College of Business and loan it to possible entrepenuers in Peru. Allen said the College of Business annualy raises money to take down there to give it to people with the best business ideas.

"The hope is that they will invest the money wisely," Allen said. "And it will recirculate in their economy."

Allen said the students will be setting up booths on campus for anyone interested in donating money. He said they are also setting up a website anyone who wants to donate large sums directly.

"Every little bit helps," Allen said. "If someone can only give a buck that's okay."
